How to download 3ds games free on sd card

Besides, any suggestion is appreciated here. I got an old 3DS card which is merely full now and I cannot save any further new games on it. The problem is that I don't want to delete those old classic games on the Card. So I want to know do you have any ideas that can help me to replace 3DS card to a bigger 3DS without losing data? Or any methods to upgrade 3DS card? It's indeed a question for Nintendo players that they are unable to change or upgrade their 3DS card to a bigger card without losing any games or data.

Right here below, we'll introduce you 2 methods for 3DS card upgrading and you can just follow the step by step guide to transfer 3DS card data to a new card with ease now. This disk clone software supports to clone the whole 3DS card data sector by sector to the new 3DS SD card within only 3 simple steps. Just free download and install it on your Windows PC to see how to upgrade 3DS card to a bigger card without losing any games now:. Note: This software allows you to have a free try first and you can activate it at the last operation so as to fully clone all the data from your 3DS card to a bigger one with ease.

Or you can also choose to activate it in advance before you follow tips in the below to start upgrading 3DS card:. Step 1. Click Disk Mode and select the source disk that you want to copy or clone. Click Next to continue. Note: The destination disk should be at least the same big or even larger than the source disk if you want to copy or clone the source disk sector by sector. Step 2. Click OK to confirm if the program asks to erase data on the destination disk. Step 3. Check and edit the disk layout as Autofit the disk, Copy as the source or Edit disk layout.

Autofit the disk is recommended. Edit disk layout allows you to manually resize or move partition layout on the destination disk. Back on the source system, select the system to send the data transfer to, and tap Yes to accept the transfer.

Tap Next to continue, and then tap Yes to confirm. Tap the blue Transfer button to initiate the data transfer. On the target system, tap Delete to confirm that it's okay to delete all data on the target system's SD card. Tap the blue Delete button, and then tap Yes to start the transfer. When the data transfer is finished, you'll need to tap OK on the target system to restart it and complete the transfer.

Now that you've transferred all of the data, you can eject your SD card from the source system and insert it into the target. Now all of the games you played on the source Nintendo DS will work on the new one.

After much debate, I finally decided to exchange my old 3DS with the 3DS XL and in my excitement, I didn't actually read up on the fact that if you want to keep your old games from console to console, you need to do a system transfer. To be fair, the store I traded my game in didn't mention this, but I'll try not to place the blame on anyone but myself.

Not only have I lost my old games and save, but my account activity with all my ambassador program stuff as well as any eShop games. I'm not asking if there's a way to do it with my old console or a SD card but if there's a way to link to my old account, some settings option I'm not noticing or if I've truly messed up here, I may not have been terribly clear here so I'm more than willing to clarify any point.

I've contacted Nintendo support but no response yet. UPDATE 1: Just contacted Nintendo via telephone and they said there is NO way to do it other than system transfer, so rush to the store it is, not holding much hope though. I even mentioned the rumoured Club Nintnedo way of getting it back but they seemed bemused by the idea and said it's more of a rewards scheme or something along those lines than an actual record of games owned.

UPDATE 2: Just went to the store and they said they wiped it, by the sounds of things, pretty much as soon as they got it. Think I'll let off some steam by writing a very disappointed email to Nintendo about it. How British of me. Either way, hopefully this has enlightened people at least to make sure they do the system transfer before trading in.

UPDATE 3: Sorry to drag this out even more, but it looks as though my response to my email to Nintendo support actually had a very interesting paragraph:. Please note that formatting the console does not delete your eShop account and download content unless you have created a NNID, providing the retailer has not manually deleted the eShop account your purchases may still be on the console. When you download a game off the eShop, Nintendo applies your console's digital signature to it so that it becomes unusable on all other 3DS consoles.

If you have a Nintendo 3DS, your gaming experience isn't limited to the game cards you buy in the store and plug into the back of your system. Update your 3DS for good measure. You might even need to do an upgrade before you can utilize the Nintendo eShop.

Find a game to download in the Nintendo eShop. You can do so with a manual keyword search or by browsing via category or genre. A small profile for the game will pop up. Tap on the game's icon to read a paragraph explaining the game and its story.
