Hopefully they will get it together and fix this app. It will not update wifi to camera. Frustrating but see potential here. Get it together guys or don't even offer the app. Can't set up account neither and the iCloud they offer web page says it having problems so can't set that up. App runs great. Make sure you are running a stage 6 to 10 sd card other wise it will not work Samsung works the best having live feed and being able to start and stop recording is awesome.

Active WebCam Free to try. I got the snapcam and it seemed ok. It was a little finicky, but I figured having the app might help since the camera only has a few indicator lights. When I used the app it seemed to sync up with the snapcam and popped up a message about a wifi connection. It wasn't clear how this was supposed to work so I skipped it after a couple of failed attempts that crashed the app.

When I tried getting a live image from the camera the app said I needed a firmware upgrade and it referred me to the website which redirected me to ion Ion appears to be a new pre release product. The don't have any of the support on the site for older products. I managed to get a support rep who emailed me an update to install on the camera, but doing so seems to have made the camera completely inoperable.

So I'm hoping to get an update and be able to use the camera and software, but so far the experience has been poor. It seems like the company has abandoned all its older products.
